Exceptions

We will gladly replace or refund your item if:

• The product arrives damaged

• There is a manufacturing defect

• You receive the wrong item or size due to our error

To request a resolution, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

Approved issues will be resolved through a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
